Compiled by Melbourne-based food writer Dani Valent, who contributed 15 of her own recipes, and with photography by Greg Elms and styling by Caroline Velik and Fiona Rigg, I edited and managed production on this stunning collection as part of a custom publishing project for the Slattery Media Group.
